Why Tenlo exists
The founder of Tenlo rents out flats and commercial premises in Vilnius himself. For years the bills were prepared by hand: supplier invoices from several self-service portals, meter photos sent by the tenant, a spreadsheet and an email. A few hours every month – and mistakes still slipped through.
That is how Tenlo came to be: one place where the landlord sees all properties and the tenant sees their bills, contract and meters. The system builds the monthly bill from readings and tariffs, reminds about payments and keeps the whole history – for both sides.
